Communicating with my child's instructor.

At Spruce Lodge pool we value your support and participation in your childs' swimming lesson program as well as the safety of everyone that is on our pool deck.

We have provided a five minute grace period between swim classes to assist you with the opportunity of communicating with our Swimming Instructors and to provide safe entry and exit of the pool area.  

This is the time to bring up questions, concerns, or to thank your teacher for teaching your child and doing a good job! 

This time also allows the teachers the ability to ensure that each child leaves the pool and enters the change rooms safely.

Please ensure you always speak to the instructor first as they work first hand with your child.  Should you still have questions, comments, or concerns and you wish to speak to the Pool Coordinator please do.
