How to Hand In Your Registration Form

  • There are hard copies of registration forms available at the pool, you can print this pdf. copy, or you can fill in our registration form online.  
  • If handing in a registration form please bring it to the pool with your payment. 
  • We accept cheque or cash only.  
  • Please place your registration form with your payment in an envelope.
  • Please place envelope in the mail slot provided.
  • Please refer to the following pictures for the location of the mail slot:

  2. PICTURE OF THE ENTRANCE INSIDE

  3. PICTURE OF LOCATION OF THE MAIL SLOT WHERE YOU PLACE YOUR REGISTRATION FORM.

Please do not hand your registration form in early.
