We are offering 45 minute Stand Up Paddle Board YOGA classes at the pool! We are offering these classes on Tuesdays and Sundays.
SUP YOGA at Spruce Lodge Therapy Pool classes are designed to work your core, re-energize your body and mind, and use the heat and therapy aspect of the pool to relax the soul.
Lyn and Char will take you through a beginner to growing practice on the boards.
