Resident Life at Hamlet Estates is designed with independence in mind. We use a variety of methods to support and empower the residents of Hamlet Estates.
Our handbook, linked below, details the supporting role that Spruce Lodge plays with the residents of Hamlet Estates. It also outlines any safety protocols, schedules, and other necessary points of information for residents.
We use Worx Hub software at Hamlet Estates. This software solution allows us to coordinate all maintenance requests as submitted by Hamlet Estates residents. General maintenance problems, be they the responsibilities of the corporation or occupant, must be reported to the maintenance office the Workx Hub. Hamlet Estates has preferred rates for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, home repairs, and gardening. As a resident of Hamlet Estates you are entitled to the preferred rates. Residents are encouraged to inquire about service rates before the work commences. (eg. Minimum charges if any, hourly rates, etc.)
