We use WorxHub software at Spruce Lodge. This software solution allows us to coordinate and track all maintenance requests as submitted by our residents. General maintenance problems, be they the responsibilities of the corporation or occupant, must be reported to the maintenance office via the WorxHub. Spruce Lodge has preferred rates for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and home repairs. Residents are encouraged to inquire about service rates before the work commences.

If you do not have access to a computer and/or the Internet, please use our Work Order Book. The Work Order Book is for residents to communicate their request for assistance from the Maintenance Department. (i.e. broken appliances, plumbing concerns, electrical concerns, picture hanging, light bulb changing etc.) The Work Order Book is found on the ledge by the mailboxes in the main lobby of Woodland Towers I. This book is checked daily by the Administrative Assistant. All orders are processed to the Maintenance Department. Some charges may apply.
