Open to residents of Woodland Towers, Hamlet Estates and members of the Community. Woodland towers offers exercise programs designed specifically for Older Adults and those suffering from chronic health conditions. Our programs accommodate a wide variety of functional abilities and give you the tools and education you need to prevent falls and age at home.
Designed to support improvement for those with limited mobility. Classes are primarily seated with standing components as tolerated. Classes are 45 minutes in length.
- This class is offered both Tuesdays and Fridays at 10:30 a.m.
Mid Level Fitness:
Designed for those with a moderate level of ability. This class is a mix of both standing and seated components. Participants will enjoy a mix of cardio, strengthening and balance along to music to motivate you throughout the class. Classes are 1 hour in length.
- This class is offered both Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:15 a.m.
Designed for those with a moderate to vigorous level of ability. This class provides the option to participate at a higher level of intensity. This class incorporates cardio and balance components with a focus on strengthening. Exercises are accompanied by music to get you moving. Classes are 1 hour in length.This class is offered both
- Mondays and Thursdays at 10:15 a.m.

- This class is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:30 p.m.
